What is your turn around time?

Due to the customization of all orders, they will be processed in the order they are received. Our current turn around time is approximately 2 weeks. However, since we are a home based business we can fill emergency orders depending on our workload. Just call to inquire.

How do you ship the products and how long does it normally take?

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipment of your order. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays.

What are your payment options?

We accept personal and certified checks, Pay Pal, and most credit cards. Payment is due before an order is started.

Is there any sale tax?

We collect 8% sales tax on products shipped to residents of South Carolina.

How do I recieve a receipt?

An order confirmation is emailed to you (the purchaser) immediately upon placing your order. Please save and/or print this order confirmation email for your records as it will serve as your receipt.

What is your return policy?

Our products are custom made for YOU...unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on our items unless it is product defective. You will be allowed to approve the artwork prior to us starting the order. If you have any questions about an item, prior to ordering, please contact us! We will answer all questions within one business day, or sooner.
